- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Closeline Settlement was great to work with and we completed settlement in 10 days and had several places to choose from to completed the final paper. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I was sold on "not having to go into an attorney's office" but rather sign all the necessary closing paperwork at your own home. The "agent/notary" was almost an hour late (with good communication), had unorganized piles of closing documents (for multiple clients) and was unable to expand on a few questions asked. The office staff was flexible with scheduling our appointment and told us the only thing we needed was either our driver's license or passport but the closing agent insisted we needed two picture ids causing us to scramble since only one of us had a passport handy. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but next time we will sit down with an attorney and walk out with a nice folder of organized legal documents and the comfort of knowing everything is in order.By Barbara Tim, June 02, 2017
